Model G-6000 / G-6000P Dry and Preaction Systems

  • Viking's innovative line of Model G valves is now available up to a six inch size (also available in two, three, and four inch sizes)
  • Offered in dry pipe, single interlock preaction (electric release), double interlock preaction (electric/pneumatic release), and Viking's exclusive SureFire® fail safe preaction system configurations
  • Fully pre-assembled from the factory -- includes G-6000 valve and complete dry or preaction trim components assembled to the valve (water supply control valve and switches also included).
  • External reset for dry systems -- drain the system and re-establish air pressure to put valve back in service.
  • G-6000P deluge valve includes an internal check valve, thus eliminating the need (and cost) for a separate check valve in the system riser

VK472 Freedom® Residential Pendent Sprinkler (5.8 K factor)

  • 5.8 is the largest K factor available in a sprinkler with a ½" NPT thread
  • The larger K factor delivers the higher flows required for an NFPA 13 residential system at lower starting pressures
  • The VK472 sprinkler's ½" NPT thread size allows for installation using a less expensive ½ inch CPVC head adapter, rather than a ¾ inch adapter.
